Negreanu quickly introduces the hand rankings of 2-7 triple draw, and the play of the game. His section on starting hands is fairly comprehensive and advocates aggressive play, raising or reraising with playable hands.
The play of each street is covered in turn, in some detail. Negreanu covers both basic strategy, such as betting when a card ahead and deciding to stand pat, as well as advanced play, such as raising to try to induce another player to break.
Negreanu finishes his overview of 2-7 by emphasizing the strength of paired hands, suggesting a few ways to take advantage of the additional information and strength such hands give you. One of these ways, of course, is snowing, and Negreanu suggests occasionally taking shots at the pot with paired hands in a final section.
A few pages go over A-5 strategy, mainly listing a new set of starting hands. A useful appendix (in the print version, but not online) lists the top 126 A-5 and 2-7 hands for comparison--- you can find a similar table here.
